How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically it Depends on the shipping method you selected, but the order processing time is 2-4 business days. And during holidays or seasonal times it can take up to 7 business days to process you'r order. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.
How to track my order?
To track your order click on the button on the bottom right corner called chat with us, then click on track my order and input your email address and order number for your order, if are having trouble tracking your order please contact us at Contact us at TrackMyOrder@akbhara.com to help you track your order
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally only in the united states, but we have plans for the future to ship internationally.
I never got my order, what to do?

Exchange & Return
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days to return your product, sadly we do not offer exchanges to our products but we are working on it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it unworn, or unused, with tags and its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, for more information please check our return/refund/exchange policy here.

Discount is invalid or not working?
Please check that the discount provided to you is still valid, to do so contact us at Coupons@akbhara.com to verify if it's still valid for you.
Can i get a free Discount?
We currently give out coupons and discount when you complete a order, refer a friend or an automatic coupon that applies at checkout if you have any questions about this feel free to contact us at Coupons@akbhara.com.
Do Coupons expire?
It depends on how you got them and from where. For example the coupons you get from spinning the wheel expire after 24 hours, and coupons you get from referrals never expire but you can only use them once then their invalid.
Account and profile
How to create a account?
Click the account icon on the top right corner, then click on create account under the sign in button. Then you will be asked to input your first name, last name, email address and the password you would like to use for your account. Then you will be asked to verify your account trough email.
How to save my address on my account?
Click on the account icon on the top right corner and then click on view address, then click on add new address, then input your address. Now you don't need to enter your address at checkout because it will already be saved.
How to share my cart?
To do this you need to have at least 1 item in your cart to share. First click on the cart icon in the top right corner, then click on share a link to your cart, then you will be provided with a link to share it with your friend. Then when they click on that link they will have everything from your cart. Note: you will still have your cart it will not be removed.
How to see past orders?
Attention: only works with a account. First click on the account icon on the top right corner then you will see your past orders that you have under the section: order history.
Referrals
How does the referral program work?
First you'll need a Akbhara Account, then click on the button: refer a friend, then you'll get a special referral link to share with you'r friends. Then when you'r friends clicks on your link with the special code in the link then they order, you get $10 and the friend get's $5. Note: you can refer as much friends as you want, there is no limit.
How much people can i refer?
You can refer how much friends as you want, there is no limit. So start referring and earning money.
Are there any fees required to join?
You can join Akbhara Referrals for free, there are no monthly or annual fees and no payment fees. It's totally free.
